How long does it take my order to arrive?

My processing times are 1-3 weeks. This means it takes me 1-3 weeks to produce and pack your order. Once your order has been sent out, it takes 2-4 days for German orders and 1-2 weeks for international orders to arrive to you. Overseas can take up to 3 weeks. 

Where is my order?/ My order didn't arrive

If you didn't choose tracking as an option at checkout, I'm not able to track it either because in this case its been sent out without tracking information (some orders already include tracking, please check the next question to see if yours is included). In this case, I'm not responsible for any delays, losses or damages throughout the shipping.
Please check your address first, and check if you gave me your full name. Please also note that the first step is always on you. You have to contact your local post service and ask for help before contacting me.
If your order is lost, I'm not responsible to give you a refund or a replacement.
But you can feel free to contact me (only if you already contacted your local post service), most times we can find a result. (There is a little too low chance that orders won't arrive but please make sure to choose tracking and please don't blame me for any shipping issues, be kind always! :) )

Does my order include Tracking?

Tracking is included in:

EVERY order from:
- AUS and NZL, Spain, UK

Also: 
- German orders including bags or clothing 

Please make sure to choose the tracking option at checkout for a smoother shipping experience.
Basic shipment doesn't include tracking and insurance !

Can I change my address?

please always double check our address including your FULL Name ! If your order hasn't been sent out and you noticed mistakes, you can just contact me and I will change it. If your order can't be delivered and get sent back to me, I can sent it out again, but I won't be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Please note that I always send my orders out in my current processing times (1-3 weeks) I am not responsible for any delays during the shipping process. A refund because of delays is not possible. For any kind of problems, delays, or losses and If you have a tracking number, please contact the Deutsche Post or Dhl directly.
