refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, it needs to be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and the receipt number of your order. If you want to return your full order, you also have to return all freebies that have been included in your order. 

Items that are costumized and made to order cannot be returned. These include:
- Tickets 

- sunnies 

- baby tees 

to start a return, you have to contact me first, please use the formular you can find under https://miriamsmind.com/pages/contact. If you sent any items to me, without contacting me first, it wont be taken into account. 

You are responsible for returning costs. As soon as I receive your return, I will check it and refund you the amount of the articles that have been sent back. Shipping costs wont be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
