my processing times are 1-3 weeks +

national shipping times are 2-4 workdays

international shipping times are 1-3 weeks 

Shipping times could vary through high performing times like Christmas season or nature disasters like hurricanes, strikes, etc. I am not responsible of any delays through the post service once my package is given away. I am also not responsible for any losses or damages through the delivery. I am not responsible for a refund if you chose basic shipment. For any problems, please contact the delivery service directly. 

 

Return shipments of packages due to non-deliverability

Return shipments caused by self-inflicted reasons such as e.g. no name on the doorbell, package not picked up from the parcel shop within the storage period, incorrect address provided during the order, refusal of acceptance, or negative age verification, will be charged a processing fee of €5.95. ( letters and sticker orders excluded) The fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued after the package has been received and inspected, within 3-4 business days. 

If your order includes costume made articles, I will have to charge you the return fees plus the usual shipping costs to sent it out again. This is not a personal decision but the fees of DHL.   

We recommend not choosing a drop-off location for the delivery of your order to ensure that your goods arrive safely and undamaged. If this is still necessary, please note that we cannot accept liability for any losses or damages.

 

Shipping options 

you can choose between basic shipment (no tracking and no insurance)
or upgrade your shipment to a tracked and insured version at checkout. I would always recommend the tracked version because it also arrives faster.

Please don't ask me about shipping informations if you didn't chose the tracked shipping option ! 

If your order didn't arrive and you didnt chose tracking, you are responsible to contact your local post service and ask them for informations about your parcel. Do not contact me before you contacted your local post service. 

Customs and Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
